I saw sum1 online play a version that looked different then the one I downloaded. The first one is what the other persons game looks like and the second is mine. Theirs also has some features that are different.

That was most likely a more older version of this game. I remember there was an update a few years ago where the creator of this game changed the backgrouds and character sprites as well as some other things including some endings as well ( like Japan's ). I hope this helps.. :)

Solide aber nicht großartig. Besonders die Artworks sind echt gut, die Musik auf Dauer etwas anstrengend.
Just click the "Download" option and both of them should be there.
After you finish downloading them, install the game you want to play (Install the Windows version because the others won't work as far as i know.)
Extract the game file you downloaded and go to "Joiplay". Click on the plus button which should be on the top right of your screen and click on "add game". Go to your downloads and add the game you downloaded by clicking its ".exe" file.
(Search through the game files if you cant find the .exe file)

i think there is a way to, but it costs a bit out of your wallet. there are 3 ren'py apps on the app store: spark ($6.99 USD), renpyreader ($1.99 USD), and renpylinter ($3.99 USD). Spark is one of the more notable ones so I would get that. I don't have the app so idk how it works. sorry
